Directions |

Place flour in a large mixing bowl |

Add salt, baking powder, sugar, egg yolks, milk, oil, and Saco Buttermilk
powder |

Place egg whites in a medium bowl |
|
Beat the egg whites until stiff with an electric beater |

Mix the contents of the large bowl with the electric beater |

Fold with a large spoon the beaten egg whites into the large bowl |

Start making waffles |

Fill a large frying pan with peeled sliced apple wedges |
