McMillan’s Secret Waffle Recipe

This waffle recipe came from Grandma McMillan (Betty June McMillan). The apple topping recipe came from Karen McMillan.

This recipe will also make very good pancakes. If you put the apples on first, you will have time to make the waffle mix will they are cooking. I find that a light spray of Pam or Olive Oil in between waffles keeps them from sticking.
